POOLS AND JACUZZI IN STAINLESS STEEL

IMAGINOX pools made of stainless steel according to individual projects are made entirely to order, taking into account the requirements of the customer, thanks to which we supply pools of any size, shape and with any equipment. Often we are talking about complex technological projects, exceptional in terms of design. Individual versions of pools are mounted both indoors and outdoors, such pools can be installed in any hard-to-reach places, since they are always transported, installed and welded directly at the installation site. We offer both overflow and skimmer types of pools to choose from. Stainless steel is perfectly combined with transparent acrylic glass, which can replace part of one or two walls of the pool bowl and create a unique premium design solution. An overflow pool with a tray located below the water surface creates the impression of endless space and spaciousness. IMAGINOX pools made of stainless steel with standard dimensions are distinguished by the speed of installation. Standard models, which are assembled and equipped with all equipment directly at the factory, are promptly transported to the installation site fully assembled.
All standard models are recessed, they can be equipped with any lighting, several types of steps, a built-in shaft with automatic shutters and various attractions. Sizes of typical pools are from 5, 6, 7, 8. 9 and 10 meters long, 3 and 3.5 meters wide, 1.3 and 1.4 meters deep. The main requirement is the unimpeded access of long trucks and cranes. For the installation of the pool, a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab is required, concreting of the walls around the bowl is not a prerequisite. Like individual, standard pools are possible in skimmer and overflow versions.

In skimmer pools, the water level is below the rim of the pool itself, the intake occurs from the surface through devices mounted in the walls of the pool - skimmers, through which water is taken for filtration. There can be from one to four, depending on the surface area of the pool.

In overflow pools, which also include infinity pools, the water level is in the same horizontal plane with the sides and walkways around the pool, or lower. Water is collected in overflow trays and through pipes enters storage tanks, from where it is already taken for filtration.
The rest of the water treatment process is similar. Passing sequentially through the pump, sand filter, heat exchanger, ultraviolet preparation and saturation with disinfectants, the prepared water returns to the pool.

Water treatment systems are divided into automatic control and manual. Automation OSF Germany itself includes filtration and washing modes, regulates the temperature, analyzes the water and saturates the water with reagents that maintain the optimal level of pH and Cl. Various options for the execution of automatic blocks provide the possibility of configuration for any budget and needs. Settings and control of pool parameters via web servers will add maximum convenience to users.
We produce Jacuzzi hydromassage pools both by individual order and standard sizes. Equipment from 16 to 80 different hydro and air massage nozzles, air massage benches and deck chairs, various lighting and water treatment systems. They can be placed on the floor, terrace or other structure that provides for loads. Whirlpools are insulated with PUR foam to protect against heat loss.

Wellness products, accessories and equipment made of stainless steel include not only Kneipp paths, fonts and pouring buckets, but also countercurrents, overflow grates, various types of stairs, steps, massage seats and deck chairs. All offered equipment is manufactured at the factory or by trusted suppliers who, like IMAGINOX, are market leaders in pools and equipment.

The stages of pool construction include:
-Planning and visualization. For each customer we create a solution taking into account all individual wishes. A visit to the installation site of the pool is a prerequisite for assessing the installation possibilities and creating a visualization.
-3D modeling of products. After the customer determines the properties and parameters of the product, including design and technical side, the designers develop a 3D model and a technical project of the pool. Thanks to the 3D model, the customer understands the pool figuratively, which helps to avoid contradictions in subsequent phases.
-Detailed development. The production of a swimming or hot tub, wellness and accessories in stainless steel is always based on a set of technical documentation, which must be approved by the customer, the architect or other trusted person responsible for the implementation of the project. After that, detailed production documentation will be prepared, which is necessary to start the manufacturing process. In order to guarantee the impeccability of products, we carry out a complete control assembly of each product at the factory, and only after that the products are transported to the installation site in assembled form or in parts, depending on the installation conditions.

Our goal is to fully satisfy the wishes of the customer, therefore, throughout the entire process of project implementation, we provide full individual support of a representative. To achieve quality, all products are manufactured and installed by the same team of craftsmen, to ensure the continuity of the project and the best possible result. Professional technical support is a key aspect for project implementation. We will provide full technical information on the necessary conditions for construction preparation, communications and product design. After preparing the foundations and bases, we will measure the site, accept construction readiness. After the completion of production, we transport the product to the construction site as a whole or in parts. The duration of installation depends on the complexity and size of the product. We install and launch a small typical pool in one week.

We provide premium quality of each product at the modern production complex area. 4 600 m2. The production is equipped with modern hydro-cutting machines for processing stainless steel. A powerful press makes it possible, unlike other manufacturers, to make individual parts up to 8 * 2 meters in size. The arsenal of machines includes four-meter hydraulic shears, machines for bending sheet steel and profiles, high-quality welding machines, premium grinding machines. On this equipment, certified specialists ensure efficiency and detailed study of products.
